Personalised Diagnostics
BioClavis is a spin-out of BioSpyder Technologies dedicated to the diagnostic application of the powerful TempO-Seq transcriptomic/genomic platform. In particular, we are leveraging the efficient gene profiling from limited sample amounts including FFPE sections, tissue microarrays, or fine needle aspirates. Importantly, TempO-Seq can process formalin-fixed samples without the typical destructive extraction or cross-link reversal steps. TempO-Seq is also capable of analysing difficult sample types which do not perform well on other genomic/transcriptomic platforms, such as liquid biopsies from whole blood.
Since TempO-Seq enables unlimited multiplexing, we are able to perform discovery through validation and commercialisation on a single platform, more quickly and with higher fidelity than other multi-platform approaches.

In addition to clinical tests currently in our development and commercialisation pipeline, we are interested in partnering for the discovery of new biomarkers and clinical development of personalised diagnostics tests, including companion diagnostics for therapeutics.
